FTI; is a member of a well-established group of companies dedicated to quality & environment, providing educational and rewarding “off the beaten track” tour programs. The treasures of Yemen, so ample and extremely varied, are sought by art historians, archaeologists, chefs and adventure travellers alike. Whether you consider Yemen’s age-old culture, great monuments of art, most impressive nature reserves, compelling myths, colourful bazaars, tribal areas of great fascination, spice-laden cuisine or most impressive landscapes its special treasure, the choice is yours.
Indeed the most important one is the traditional ambiance and hospitality for the travellers and the joy of receiving guests, of treating them to the best that we can offer.
FTI was founded as a logical extension of two national qualities: Traditional hospitality and age-old cultural beauty. To offer today’s travellers who require a host able to cater their desire with careful planning and attention to detail. To combine a natural talent for making people comfortable, with necessary organizational skills to ensure the best trips for our guests as individuals or members of group travel.
FTI usually transport their guests around Yemen in 4 wheel drive vehicles (Toyota Land Cruiser or equivalent) with experienced drivers. This is the most efficient and comfortable way to discover the country. All cars have air conditioning, music, ice box and other items.

FTI undertakes to send confirmations within 72 hours from receipt of reservations or inquiries sent in writing (except during Yemeni week-ends and holidays).
Seasonal surcharges
Rates quoted with no specific date may be subject to surcharges particularly during the Christmas and Easter periods.

These terms are clearly mentioned on all FTI pro-forma invoices.

2. Cancellations & refunds after arrival :
Once a tour has commenced, there will be no refund for unused portions of the land arrangements. If FTI decides to modify or terminate a tour for reasons beyond its control, a refund of the unused services or an adjustment will be made. FTI will reply to refund requests within a reasonable time such as to allow refund confirmations from suppliers.
Documentation
Visa applications must be made with the embassy of Yemen in the country of residence. For countries where Yemen has no diplomatic representation, visas can be arranged locally. For this service available from Future Tours Industries, passport details must be sent to our office in Sana'a at least 20 days in advance.
FTI cannot be held responsible for refusal of entry into Yemen if travellers fail to obtain the necessary visas and/or fail to carry the proper documentation.
Passports carrying Israeli visas are not accepted.
Visas and other related charges are at the travellers expense.
Limitations of liability
FTI's responsibility to travellers carried in vehicles and/or aircrafts for transfers and/or tours is governed by the laws of the Republic of Yemen.
FTI reserves the right to substitute hotels and related services and to alter itineraries if weather or road conditions or any situation out of our control requires this to be done.
FTI and its representatives act solely as agents of the various companies, owners and contractors who provide the means of transportation, accommodation and all other general and related services.
FTI cannot accept responsibility for losses or added expenses due to delays, changes in schedules, sickness and any situation out of their control. Client should invite travelers to subscribe adequate insurance for accidents, civil responsibility, repatriation and luggage.
Arbitration
All disputes and differences in connection with the present agreement should be settled amicably if possible between both parties. If parties fail to reach a settlement the dispute will be subject to arbitration under the laws of the Republic of Yemen.
